Natalie has released Merit Badge!

Natalie has just released her newest fantastic adventure! It is called Merit Badge stop by her blog to pick it up... I love this kit.. My husband and I were watching this movie and looked at each other in the beginning and said wow this is a dark movie. I started to cry at the get go when Ellie passed away. Then as the movie went on we were more and more engaged...we loved it!! I really liked how Carl Fredricksen always wore the grape soda Ellie badge/pin proudly. This kit has so many fun papers and elements!

I have made so many layouts using Natalie's kit. I love the sky paper as well as all of the other elements I used in this layout! And I think the balloons ROCK! We met the UP movie stars at Hollywood Studios fell in love!

Hey guys look at the sneak peek of Natalie's new kit soon to be released... You are going to love this kit!

I had made this flair and forgot to post it on my blog. So anyway... I am in San Antonio (BTW it is such a lovely town) with my husband for a couple of days and remembered I had made it when Natalie had sent the sneak peak (hint..hint) so I searched and found this little giftie (since I am in the hotel room while he is doing his business thing). Aviator Minnie

I was so excited to get these photos with Aviator Minnie! I did not even know Minnie was a pilot! Who knew she could fly! LOL......

I am so sorry to be late with my post as you probably know I am visiting Mickey & Minnie at Disneyland. I so appreciate all of your wishes for a fun vacation..Thanks so much!

I am having so much fun here and really looking forward to meeting a few MouseScrappers gals at Disneyland on the 10th.

We arrived!

So far it has been a very fun but somewhat tiring trip! We got up at 4am to get to DFW airport by 5am (our daughter took and she had to get to work by 6am). Our flight left at 7:35 and we arrived in California at 8:30 gotta love the time change! We picked up our rental car and headed straight to Downtown Disney we were a little early for the shops but we had fun just walking around. Our first stop was Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen for some coffee and Beignets. We checked out all of the restaurant menus and chose Naples Ristorante E Pizzeria for lunch. We have a hard time passing up calamari so we ordered their calamari fritti which was served with a roasted tomato sauce and a garlic cream aioli. We also had a Panchetta Margherita Pizza which was very good it was a Margherita Pizza with panchetta, sun dried tomatoes and arugula. This generously portioned pizza was $16.95 and included 6 slices. Although the pizza was described as individual sized, it was definitely shared and can feed more than one person. We loved both, and brought home pizza leftovers.

The weather here is fabulous which is wonderful since we are escaping the triple digits back home. Today is my son Jonathan's 27 birthday..Happy Birthday Jonathan! Have a great day we miss you.
