Short post today and more than likely none tomorrow. My husband and I are in Blackwell, OK today for his job. Then back home in the morning and off to see Caleb soon after. Here is a photo of my sweet Caleb today....

I don't have much going on today. I fixed some braised short ribs and man-o-man they sure were tasty! My hubby and I will be going to visit Caleb (and his Mom & Dad) soon we are sooooo excited he is 3 1/2 months old today. Today I made this layout of my husband eating at one of our always must hit places at Downtown Disney. My daughter craves these sandwiches all of the time. Actually, last year when we went I ordered two for her to go and they wrapped everything separate so the sandwiches were ready for the 2 day road trip back to Texas. She was totally excited!
